Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients aged 65 years and above; 2.Operation time: 1-3h; 3.ASA classification is Grade I to II; 4.BMI 18-25 kg/m^2; 5.Elective general anesthesia for non-cardiac and non-thoracic surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having heart disease with NYHA cardiac function classification ranging from II to IV; 2.Severe respiratory dysfunction exists before surgery, manifested by an arterial blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) lower than 60mmHg, or a forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) below 50% of the predicted value; 3.Previous history of coagulation dysfunction diseases, such as hemophilia, factor deficiencies, or the presence of thrombocytopenia; 4.Received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy within 3 months; 5.There is systemic or local active infection; 6.Suffering from peripheral vascular diseases affecting the blood vessels of the upper limbs, such as upper limb atherosclerotic occlusive disease, thromboangiitis obliterans, etc.; 7.Having taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or corticosteroids within the past 3 months;
