18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18 to 79; 2. Patients diagnosed with gynecological malignant tumors by histology or cytology(endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, etc.); 3. Patients who have written and signed the informed consent form and are eligible for follow-up; 4. Patients with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance score of less than 2; 5. Patients with acceptable liver and kidney functions ; 6. Patients who have received standard first-line treatment (including but not limited to surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.); 7. Patients who are taking vitamin D and calcium supplements regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently pregnant patients; 2. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 3. Patients and their families refused to participate in the research or there was a serious shortage of original data; 4. Patients who have suffered from other aggressive malignant tumors within two years; 5. Patients who are undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy or hormone therapy; 6. Patients with severe autoimmune diseases or active infections; 7. Patients with serious psychological or mental disorders; 8. Patients with hereditary vitamin D metabolic disorders or calcium metabolism-related hereditary diseases; 9. Any other situation that the researchers consider may put the patients at risk or seriously affect the safety assessment of the patients or the interpretation of the results.
