18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-65 years; 2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis and meeting the indications for day surgery, scheduled to undergo a procedure under general anesthesia; 3.Ability to communicate effectively and complete follow-up assessments; 4.Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of major previous surgery; patients scheduled for a second day surgery procedure; 2.Patients not scheduled for a day surgery procedure; 3.Patients taking psychotropic medications or with psychiatric disorders, unable to cooperate with follow-up; 4.Significant comorbidities or underlying diseases deemed by the physician as unsuitable for day surgery; 5.Known allergy to the study medications; 6.Inability to adequately comprehend the assessment scales, refusal to disclose information such as education level, or other factors leading to failure to complete preoperative assessment and follow-up.
