Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis accompanied by scalp lesions (tufts of hair) and/or only scalp lesions (PSSI>=12 points or ScPGA>=3 points); 3. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug-induced psoriasis (e.g., new onset or exacerbation of psoriasis due to beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or lithium); 2.Patients with malignancy who require or are receiving treatment; 3.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 4.Allergic to the active ingredient of Xeligekimab injection or any exciplents; 5.Active infection of clinical importance; 6.Pregnant or lactating women; 7.Other patients with concomitant label contraindications; 8.Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 9.Other conditions judged by the investigator that may increase the risk of the subjects and interfere with the study results.
