Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for AKI as defined in the 2012 KDIGO Guidelines: a serum creatinine increase of >=26.5 µmol/L within 48 hours, or a serum creatinine increase to >=1.5 times the baseline value within 7 days, or a urine output of =18 years; 3. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD Stage 5); 2. Patients with a history of previous nephrectomy or kidney transplantation, or those with a peak serum creatinine level of less than 53 µmol/L; 3. Advanced-stage malignant tumors; 4. Severe immune system diseases; 5. Patients who meet the identification criteria but whose serum creatinine changes cannot be attributed to AKI (e.g., patients with amputation); 6. Patients with a clinical data missing rate of >20%.
