Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.50 years and older; 2.Airflow limitation, FEV1/FVC ratio <70%; 3.Scheduled for single - lung thoracoscopic surgery with double - lumen endotracheal intubation; 4.Elective surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous or anticipated difficult intubation; 2.Previous or anticipated difficult lung isolation; 3.Myocardial infarction within 1 year, severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class > 3), or tachyarrhythmias; 4.Renal impairment requiring renal-replacement therapy; 5.History of allergy or significant adverse reactions to ß2-adrenergic agonists; 6.Use of inhaled ß2-agonists or muscarinic antagonists within 1 month before surgery; 7.Previously diagnosed asthma; 8.History of thoracic surgery or trauma, pleural effusion, severe pulmonary infection, or prior chemotherapy/radiotherapy;
