18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nulliparous parturients with well healthy status; 2. full-term ,singleton pregnancy; 3. Clinical judgment indicates that the potential benefits of drug treatment will outweigh the potential risks to the fetus and the mother. 4. The parturient voluntarily participated in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk factors for fever during labor: obesity (BMI >= 30 kg/m^2), premature rupture of membranes, history of GBS (Group B Streptococcus) infection, upper respiratory tract infection, diabetes, immunodeficiency, anemia, etc. 2. Drug factors: Gestational hypertension (140/90 mmHg). Bradycardia: Postpartum women with a heart rate of <= 55 beats per minute. History of dexmedetomidine allergy.
