Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents aged 8–14 years; 2. Spherical equivalent refractive error in both eyes under undilated conditions, as determined by subjective refraction, is between -0.75 D (inclusive) and -5.00 D (inclusive); 3. Astigmatism = 5.0; 5. Able to comply with scheduled follow-up visits and cooperate with all required examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Wearing defocusing lenses or using low concentration atropine eye drops within 3 months; 2.Wearing OK glasses or other myopia intervention methods (such as red light related treatment methods) within 6 months; 3.The best corrected visual acuity (VA) for any eye is less than 4.9; 4.Surgical history that affects eye development; 5.Individuals with overt strabismus; 6. Eye pressure>21mmHg; 7.Eye diseases (excluding refractive errors) and systemic diseases; 8. Researchers determine ineligible candidates
