Group B (Sufentanil Group):Sufentanil is administered for anesthesia induction.
Group A (Oxycodone Group):Oxycodone is administered preoperatively for anesthesia induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years old, ASA grade I-II. 2. The estimated operation time is less than 3 hours. 3. The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form. 4. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gastrointestinal dysfunction before surgery, such as intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. 2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of opioid allergy or abuse.
