18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gastric cancer, colon cancer or colorectal cancer according to the Diagnosis and Treatment of gastric Cancer and Colorectal Cancer (2022) edition of China Clinical Oncology Association (CSCO); (2) Patients who have received chemotherapy and can adhere to 6 cycles of chemotherapy; (3) Age >= 18 years old; (4) Barrier-free limb activities; (5) Those with no cognitive impairment and those who can communicate normally; (6) Volunteer to join the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe organ failure (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.); (2) cardiac pacemaker implantation; (3) Patients with sarcopenia developed before the first chemotherapy.
