Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD); 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Voluntarily signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent liver diseases, including drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune hepatitis, or viral hepatitis; 2.Severe dysfunction of major organs; 3.Contraindications to physical activity; 4.Psychiatric disorders affecting compliance or data reliability; 5.Use of hepatoprotective agents or weight-loss medications within 1 month prior to enrollment; 6.Special populations: infants, children/adolescents, pregnancy, or lactation.
