Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically diagnosed or confirmed host-induced pulmonary infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members refuse to participate in the study; 2. Complicated with other end-stage diseases (such as advanced malignant tumors, cardiac function class IV); 3. Estimated survival period <6 months; 4. Unable to complete follow-up (e.g., no fixed residence)
