60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older; 2. Living in a long-term care facility for one month or longer; 3. Providing informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 4. No restrictions on gender, family background, or marital status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of motion sickness or epilepsy; 2. Mental or cognitive impairments (Mini-Cog score below 3 or physician’s diagnosis); 3. Language or communication disorders; 4. Not residing in a long-term care facility during the study period.
