Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Skin injury involving functional areas with a depth of grade III or deeper. 2. Severe trauma resulting in exposure of tendons or bone. 3. Indication for scar reconstruction to improve both aesthetic appearance and functional outcomes. 4. Chronic ulcerative wounds secondary to diabetic foot or postoperative varicose vein surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to cooperate with surgical treatment. 2. Patients with malignant tumors, diabetes, or other chronic diseases accompanied by infection that impairs wound healing. 3. Poorly controlled blood glucose and blood pressure. 4. Patients with unstable vital signs.
