Incremental Intensity Group:Completes a maximum of 20 minutes of incremental-intensity exercise on a stationary bike
Low Intensity Group:Engages in 20 minutes of low-intensity exercise on a stationary bike
Moderate Intensity Group:Engages in 20 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on a stationary bike
High Intensity Group:Engages in 20 minutes of high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must be older than 18 years of age. 2. Resting heart rate must not exceed 100 beats per minute. 3. No personal or family history of psychiatric disorders. 4. Absence of orthopedic, pulmonary, or cardiovascular conditions that would preclude moderate-intensity physical activity, with no recent medication usage. 5. No acute illnesses in the past month.
