Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal female, aged 53 years old; Visited the Gynecology Department of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from August to September in 2024; 2. At the time of admission, transvaginal ultrasound of the uterine adnexa and other examinations were performed; the clinical and imaging data were complete. 3. The mass located on the right side of the abdominal cavity was consistently identified by preoperative imaging as originating from the right side. Eventually, it was diagnosed as a left ovarian fibroma pedicle torsion with hemorrhage and necrosis.
