18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Tracheotomy after intubation and ventilator ventilation; 3. Receiving treatment in ICU, and expected hospital stay > 2 weeks after pneumonectomy; 4. Be able to cooperate to complete the maximum anterior tongue pressure test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Various situations that cannot cooperate with tongue pressure testing and swallowing training, including consciousness disorders, damage to oral and pharyngeal muscles, nerves, or motor function; 2. Patients refuse to participate in this study; 3. obvious malocclusion and facial asymmetry
