Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 60 and 85. 2. Have resided in an elderly care institution for more than three months. 3. Elderly people assessed as frailty based on Fried's frailty phenotype. 4. Meet the frailty with fall risk (B+ level) criteria in the VIVIFRAIL guidelines: Frailty: SPPB score of 4-6 or 6-meter walking speed of 7.5 to 12 seconds (when SPPB cannot be conducted due to conditions, 6-meter walking speed assessment can be selected). Fall risk: Meet any of the following conditions: Have fallen two or more times in the past year, or have fallen once and sought medical attention; Rise - walk timing test >20 seconds; The 6-meter walking speed should be over 7.5 seconds. Whether diagnosed with cognitive decline. 5. Functional decline in any one or more dimensions of the WHO's screening criteria for intrinsic ability in the elderly. 6. Be able to communicate and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aortic dissecting aneurysm ; moderate to severe aortic stenosis ; congestive heart failure ; acute myocardial infarction or new-onset unstable angina ; infectious endocarditis / acute pericarditis ; acute thromboembolism ; thrombotic phlebitis ; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ; uncontrolled atrial / ventricular arrhythmias ( such as frequent supraventricular tachycardia, recurrent ventricular premature beats, persistent ventricular tachycardia, etc. ) ; acute or severe respiratory failure ; blood pressure did not reach the standard ( > 180 / 100 mmHg ). Orthostatic hypotension ; acute complications of diabetes ; history of revascularization in the past 1 year ; fracture history within 4 weeks ; severe liver and kidney disease ; other conditions assessed by doctors as unsuitable for exercise. 2.Severe visual and hearing impairment, or a history of mental illness. 3.End-stage disease. 4.At the same time, participate in other intervention trials.
