Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023 , with confirmation by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years (inclusive); 3. Present with unilateral limb hemiplegia; 4. Be in the convalescent or sequelae phase of stroke; 5. Possess normal comprehension and communication abilities; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that preclude cooperation; 2. Patients with severe comorbidities affecting major organs (e.g., heart, brain, kidneys); 3. Patients currently participating in other interventional studies.
