18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is ADHF-compliant; 2. Age 18 years old and above, under 80 years old; 3. NYHA grade III or IV, and BNP level > 200pg/ml/ or NT-proBNP level > 400pg/ml; 4. BMI index > 15, < 30 5. Permanent resident of Shenzhen (living in Shenzhen for 6 months or more in the past 1 year); 6. Those who sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clearly indicate that they cannot cooperate with follow-up and testing of patients; 2. Those who cannot cooperate due to serious illness, mental abnormalities, or language communication difficulties; 3. History of heart transplantation or ventricular assist device (VAD) implantation; 4. Diagnosed with pulmonary embolism in the past 6 months; 5. Have severe pulmonary hypertension; 6. Have severe kidney disease, creatinine clearance < 15ml/min; 7. Have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and require home oxygen therapy; 8. Lung tumors and massive pleural effusion; 9. Life expectancy< 1 year.
