Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital during the acute phase (within 2 weeks of onset); 2. It must meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the "2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in Chinese Adults".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In-hospital stroke; 2. Events where diagnostic tests are uncertain or show possible causes other than stroke; 3. Rule out hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease;
