Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older and capable of expressing consent; 2.ASA physical status classification Grade I to III; 3.scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having a history of diseases that severely affect thoracic or pulmonary compliance, or a history of lung surgery (such as pectus carinatum, pectus excavatum, chest trauma, etc.), or having pneumothorax before surgery; 2.Suffering from severe heart, lung, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, or hematological system diseases; 3.Experiencing severe hemodynamic fluctuations that are difficult to correct with fluid replacement and vasoactive drugs; 4.Being unable to maintain oxygenation during surgery (SpO2 < 94% or PaO2 < 70 mmHg), or developing severe mechanical ventilation-related complications (e.g., pneumothorax); 5.Having preoperative atelectasis, pulmonary edema, or pneumothorax; 6.Being pregnant, having an implanted cardiac pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), or having large surface wounds from chest surgery.
