Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, all adult inpatients at Huashan Hospital, Fudan University, whose clinical specimens yielded positive cultures for pathogenic bacteria. 2.Participants may be of any disease category, sex, or age. 3.Only bacterial isolates recovered during the hospital stay will be included, provided they possess complete antimicrobial susceptibility testing data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-inpatients. 2.Cases in which no pathogenic bacteria were isolated or no antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed during hospitalization. 3.Records with missing information or incomplete antimicrobial susceptibility data. 4.Duplicate samples collected during the same hospitalization period that, upon initial verification, were found to be incorrectly entered or non-compliant with testing standards (e.g., contaminated specimens, protocol violations).
