Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Undergoing Initial Surgical Treatment; 2.Adult patients (age >=18 years old); 3.The patient or their legal guardian is able to understand the purpose of the study, is willing to comply with follow-up procedures, voluntarily agrees to participate, and signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gastrointestinal disease, including: gastric cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), and digestive tract malignancies, etc; 2. patients recently diagnosed with pancreatic diseases, including: acute and chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic cancer; 3.patients who do not adhere to the prescribed L-T4 regimen; 4.patients who are taking calcium carbonate, sucralfate, or proton-pump inhibitors concurrently with L-T4 and cannot discontinue these medications.; 5.the recurrent cases of PTC; 6.pregnant woman; 7. Cases where TSH levels are within the standard range without the use of L-T4;
