Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. First fracture; 3. Patients with long bone fracture and bone defect in extremities who need bone graft surgery; 4. The subject or guardian signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture; 2. Patients whose life expectancy is less than 1 year due to other reasons; 3. Other accompanying serious diseases that are difficult to treat; 4. Those who are known to be allergic to the components of orthopedic implant materials, or have a history of severe allergy, and are determined by the researcher to be unsuitable for inclusion; 5. Participated in another intervention clinical trial within the first 30 days of randomization; 6. Other reasons that the researcher determines are not suitable for participating in the study.
