Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First-time stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage approved by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference; 2.Diagnosis of Broca’s aphasia as assessed by the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB); 3.Age between 30 and 70 years; 4.Disease course of at least 1 month; 5.Education duration of =6 years; 6.Right-handedness (as confirmed by the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory); 7.Clear consciousness, stable condition, absence of severe cognitive impairment, and no pre-existing speech disorders; 8.Ability to cooperate in completing fNIRS and DTI examinations, language therapy, and tDCS treatment, with informed consent provided by the patient and their family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Language disorders caused by severe peripheral sensory impairments such as auditory or visual deficits; 2.Comorbid conditions including epilepsy, severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, or other serious systemic diseases; 3.Concurrent neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, motor neuron disease, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.; 4.Impaired consciousness affecting the ability to cooperate with examinations and treatments; 5.History of psychiatric abnormalities; 6.Presence of intracranial metallic objects or other implanted electronic devices; 7.Pre-existing language disorders prior to the current stroke; 8.Conditions such as cranial defects or cranial repair that may interfere with fNIRS signal quality.
