Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) aged 9–13 years; (2) The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) was used to assess autism severity: Scores <30: Non-autistic (excluded) Scores 30–37: Mild-to-moderate ASD (included) Scores 37–60: Severe ASD (excluded) Only participants with mild-to-moderate ASD (CARS 30–37) were selected. (3) All participants were enrolled with institutional approval and written informed consent from their legal guardians; (4) Inclusion criteria:Physically intact limbs;Right-handedness;Unrestricted hand mobil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Students with severe systemic/organ diseases contraindicated for physical exercise; (2) Individuals with physical developmental abnormalities preventing safe participation; (3) Those with behavioral/emotional dysregulation impairing test compliance; (4) Non-responsive to name-calling or unable to follow experimenter's guidance; (5) Clinically diagnosed comorbid psychotic disorders or epilepsy; (6) Recent use of centrally-acting medications (within protocol-specified timeframe).
