Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The research subjects are 400 cognitively impaired people of all genders and all ethnic groups aged 60-85 with permanent residence in Qingdao. 2. Have lived in Qingdao for a long time and have the ability to collect neuropsychiatric scales, biological samples, imaging and other examination information. 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. We also promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the entire research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe mental illness, cancer cachexia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and other serious somatic diseases that cannot cooperate; 2. Individuals with metal implants in their bodies who cannot undergo magnetic resonance imaging; 3. Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments who cannot cooperate with the scale assessment; 4. Individuals who refuse to have blood tests and refuse to sign informed consent forms.
