Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients suspected of lower respiratory tract infection: 3. Use of antibiotics for more than 48 hours; 4. After assessment by a physician, conduct traditional microbiological testing or targeted pathogen sequencing of the respiratory tract.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Patients diagnosed with non-infectious diseases or chronic infections; 3. Patients with a history of allergic reactions to antibiotics or other severe allergic reactions; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Individuals participating in other clinical studies.
