Preestrone cream group:Treatment with Propestrone Cream (1g/day, Jiangxi Decheng Biopharmaceutical) for 20 days
Baofukang suppository group:Treatment with Baofukang suppository (1.74g/day, Hainan Bikai Biopharmaceutical) for 20 days
Lactobacillus vaginal capsule group:Treatment with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules (0.5g/day, Xi'an Zhenghao Biopharmaceutical) for 20 days
Human type III collagen group:Treatment with human type III collagen protein (1g/every two days, Weirun Biopharmaceuticals) for 20 days
Recombinant human collagen protein+estrogen preparation group:Treatment with human type III collagen protein (1g/every two days, Weirun Biopharmaceuticals) and progesterone cream (1g/day, Jiangxi Dech
Control group without disease:No corresponding treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women with Atrophic vaginitis and no Contraindication for estrogen use, aged 45 years or more and less than 75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications or signs of caution in the use of estrogen preparations (contraindications include the following 8 types: known or suspected pregnancy, unexplained vaginal bleeding, known or suspected breast cancer, known or suspected sex hormone dependent malignant tumor, active venous or arterial thromboembolic disease in the last 6 months, porphyria and otosclerosis, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and meningiomas related to Progestogen
