Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Receiving maintenance hemodialysis for >= 3 months, 3 times per week, with each session lasting 3–4 hours; 3.Have at least primary school education level and be able to communicate orally and in writing; 4.Signed informed consent form; 5.Agree to provide laboratory indicators and undergo nutritional assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of acute diabetic complications (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma); 2.Concurrent active infection or malignancy; 3.Presence of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease (e.g., myocardial infarction or stroke within the past 6 months); 4.Severe psychiatric disorder or inability to cooperate with investigators; 5.Missing key data or inability to complete follow-up; 6.Blood glucose >= 3.9 mmol/L with hypoglycemic symptoms that do not resolve after glucose administration.
