Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient signs the informed consent form; 2. Age is 60 years or older; 3. Undergoes radical lung cancer resection; 4. Postoperative pathology confirms non-small cell lung cancer; 5. Clinical staging is stage I-IIIA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative massive hemorrhage (bleeding volume greater than 1000 ml); 2. Patients undergoing extensive excision during the operation; 3. Severe complications post-operation (respiratory failure, bronchopleural fistula, pulmonary edema, heart failure, ARDS, etc.); 4. Severe pulmonary air leakage post-operation; 5. Patients with comorbid mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, and limb paralysis; 6. History of lung cancer; 7. Contraindications for exercise testing and training.
