Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers (healthy people) 1. Healthy people with normal physiological indicators, no disease and good mental state 2. 35 years old <= age <=65 years old; 3. 18kg/m^2 < BMI < 30kg/m^2 Patients with ischemic stroke 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke; 2. 35 years old <= age <=60 years old; 3. ASA grade ?-?; 4. 18kg/m^2 < BMI < 30kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers (healthy people) 1. Recent use of any therapeutic medication; 2. Illiteracy or inability to properly understand the purpose of the study; 3. Had an infectious disease in the last two weeks; 4. Dizzy with blood or needles; 5. Special eating habits; 6. I or my family members refuse to participate. Patients with ischemic stroke 1. Preoperative history of craniocerebral trauma; 2. Patients with structural heart disease or arrhythmia; 3. Decompensation of liver and kidney (liver failure, kidney failure); 4. Primary severe Coagulopathy (non-drug induced); 5. Previous cognitive impairment; 6. Previous neurological diseases (neuritis, brain tumors, etc.); 7. Patients with previous immune system diseases and preoperative immunosuppressant and hormone therapy; 8. Patients with past drug abuse, long-term use of psychotropic drugs and analgesics; 9. Had a history of allergy to the drugs used in the study; 10. The patient or family members refuse to participate.
