Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 to 80 years old; 2. Coma state caused by brain trauma or stroke for more than 28 days but less than 90 days; 3. Stable vital signs and no acute complications (such as acute pneumonia); 4. Voluntary participation by the patient or their family, with the ability to cooperate with the research process and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; 2. Conductive, ferromagnetic or other magnetically sensitive metals in the head and neck, or the presence of a pacemaker; 3. Severe complications, including heart failure or renal failure; 4. A history of alcohol dependence, neurological diseases and other complex mental disorders; 5. Use of sedative drugs and drugs that may interfere with brain stimulation, such as baclofen or N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonists, within one week before enrollment and during PAS stimulation.
