Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Undergoing maxillofacial free flap transfer and reconstruction under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of pulmonary surgery, pre-existing pulmonary diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis, pleural effusion, etc; 2.Conditions that may impede image acquisition, including thoracic deformities, emphysema, postoperative wound dressings, etc; 3.Requirement for re-operation for any reason during the follow-up period; 4.Diagnosis of postoperative pulmonary complications prior to the postoperative LUS examination, or the identification of life-threatening conditions during the examination such as pneumothorax, severe pleural effusion, or complete atelectasis accompanied by respiratory distress.
