Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2.Patients who were admitted to the hospital for perianal abscess at the beginning of the year and underwent incision and drainage of perianal abscess; 3.Before the operation, all patients underwent MR enhanced examination of the perianal area, which confirmed the diagnosis of an odontogenic infection. 4.The patients and their families were able to understand and were willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, etc; 2.Having a history of tumor disease; 3.Those with severe liver and kidney function disorders, heart and lung function impairments, coagulation dysfunction, or who have severe underlying diseases and are unable to tolerate surgery; 4.Having a history of severe mental illness; 5.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding; 6.necrotizing fasciitis; 7.There is a history of surgery for perianal abscess or anal fistula in the past.
