Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) College students aged 18-25 who entered university through the regular college entrance examination. (2) Those who did not engage in moderate-intensity physical activities for at least 3 days a week, for no less than 30 minutes each day, for more than 3 months. (3) BMI ranging from 18.5 kg/m^2 to 24 kg/m^2. (4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women, lactating women or those with serious diseases (2) Suffering from limited movement ability related to musculoskeletal disorders (3) Diagnosed with psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder (4) Having a smoking habit, alcohol dependence, and excessive caffeine intake (>300mg/day) (5) The 7th item of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index is greater than 0 points
