First, bone mineral density (BMD) of the axial skeleton (lumbar spine 1–4, femoral neck, or total hip) or the 1/3 distal radius is measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). After automatic processing by a computer, BMD, bone mineral content (BMC), the percentage of BMD relative to the peak bone mass of the same-sex normal control group, and T-score are displayed. Finally, the patient's DXA bone density data are obtained from the DXA bone density measurement diagnostic report issued by a clinician. Patients with a bone density T-score = 5 on the Chinese version of the Tilburg Frailty Indicator (TFI);? (4) Clear consciousness, without obvious cognitive or verbal communication impairments;? (5) Capable of independent walking without the aid of assistive devices and able to complete moderate exercise independently;? (6) Having signed the informed consent form and being willing to participate in this study.
