Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.ICU inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for "sepsis" and "acute lung injury";

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Participation in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 3. ICU stay less than 24 hours; 4. Mechanical ventilation data are missing; 5. Patients who do not develop acute lung injury after diagnosis of sepsis; 6. Absent information on inflammatory nutrient indices (ALI, NLR, PALI).
