Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: SCD Group 1. It conforms to the SCD-plus diagnostic framework formulated by Jessen et al. in 2014; Age >=60 years old; 2. The Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) is 0 points. The score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) is >=28. Self-perceived memory decline without decline in other cognitive domains may cause concern. 3. Does not comply with MCI; aMCI Group 1. Meet Peterson's aMCI diagnostic criteria in 2004; 2. Age >=60 years old; 3. CDR is 0.5 points; 4. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) : For those with 0 years of education, the MMSE score is >=17; for those with less than 7 years, it is >=20; and for those with 7 years or more, it is >=24. 5. Prominent memory decline may also be accompanied by functional impairment in other cognitive domains; 6. Onset is insidious and progression is slow; 7. Not reaching the level of dementia; Group AD 1. It conforms to the core clinical criteria for likely AD dementia in the AD diagnostic criteria revised by NIA-AA in 2011; 2. Age >=60 years old; 3.CDR>=1 point; 4.MMSE: For those with 0 years of education, the MMSE score is less than 17; for those with less than 7 years of education, it is less than 20; and for those with 7 years or more, it is less than 24. Healthy subjects: Matched with the age, gender and body mass index of the AD disease spectrum patient group, CDR score 0, MMSE score >= 28, no complaint of cognitive decline or complaint of cognitive decline but not worried. And the informed person confirmed that there was no manifestation of cognitive decline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient group (SCD/MCI/AD) : 1. Any contraindications to MRI or inability to coordinate fundus examination; 2. Severe white matter lesions; 3. Suffering from Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy and other neurological diseases that may cause cognitive impairment; 4. Previous retinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal artery or vein occlusion, hereditary macular degeneration, uveitis, macular ulcers, glaucoma, ocular trauma, and any form of intraocular surgery except cataract surgery; 5. Cloudy refractive stroma that affects fundus examination, such as severe cataract, vitreous opacity, vitreous hematoma, etc. 6. Intraocular pressure >21mmHg; 7. High refractive error (+/- 6.00D spherical equivalent); 8. Axial length > 24mm or 21 mmHg; 5. High refractive error (+/- 6.00D spherical equivalent); 6. Axial length > 24mm or < 22mm.
