Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the internationally recognized clinical, endoscopic, and pathological diagnosis criteria for IBD; 2. No prior use of similar drugs before treatment with biological agents; 3. Signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge severe infections, severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors; 2. Missing genetic data or key clinical information; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
