Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >=65 years who underwent hip fracture surgery under general anaesthesia at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between January 2015 and December 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. General anaesthesia combined with spinal anaesthesia; 2. Intraoperative anaesthesia was maintained using a combination of propofol and sevoflurane; 3. A further operation within one week of the initial procedure; 4. History of kidney disease; 5. Missing data.
