18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 year-old; Both men and wemon; 2. Long-term night shift medical staff (requiring at least 4 night shifts per week and lasting for 4 weeks); 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term diarrhea or those who have had previous intestinal diseases; 2. The disadvantaged groups: include pregnant women, children, lactating women, those with mental disorders, and illiterate individuals, etc.
