Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the following diagnostic criteria: Guidelines for the Global Strategy for diagnosis, Management and Prevention of chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease (Report 2023) (Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD), 2023) and is in a stable phase. 2. Age >=60 years old; 3. Clear consciousness and normal language communication skills; 4. Use smart phone, can surf the Internet, have certain reading ability; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge those with severe respiratory diseases such as respiratory failure, pneumothorax, and asthma; 2.Those with severe heart, liver, brain, kidney, malignant tumors, and other systemic diseases; 3.Those with a history of mental illness and intellectual disabilities such as dementia.
