Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intending to schedule a TKA; 2. Age>= 60 years old; 3. Fully understand the benefits and risks of this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the contraindications of this medication; 2. Previous allergy to amide local anesthetics; Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Suffering from heart disease; 4. Refusing to participate in this study due to reasons such as mental illness and inability to communicate with researchers, understand the risks and benefits.
