Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Case group: Patients diagnosed with AMD by more than 2 associate senior physicians in our department through fundus examination, fundus photography, OCT, fundus fluorescence angiography /OCT-A examination. Control group: age and gender matched with the case group in the physical examination center of our hospital, and no AMD confirmed by the above examination. (2) The age range in 40 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with malignant tumor. (2) Complicated with severe liver and kidney dysfunction. (3) Complicated with severe anemia. (4) Combined with other eye diseases
