16 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 16 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of benign ureteral stricture based on medical history, imaging studies, etc.; 3. Previously treated with lingual mucosal patch graft combined with posterior wall reconstruction ureteroplasty; 4. Complete pre- and post-operative imaging and clinical follow-up documentation available; 5. Informed consent obtained from patient and family, with willingness to permit use of clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent malignant tumours of the urinary system or active urinary tract infections; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other systemic conditions rendering them unable to tolerate surgery; 3. Patients who have previously undergone complex intestinal ureteral reconstruction or autologous kidney transplantation; 4. Patients with incomplete follow-up records or who are lost to follow-up; 5. Patients with severe oral diseases rendering them unsuitable for tongue mucosa sampling; 6. Other circumstances rendering the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
