Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Classification: Level II, III; 2. Patient age 60-80 years; 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal tumor surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily joining the study and signing the informed consent form; 5. Able to independently cooperate in completing the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Researchers who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients who are allergic to the anesthetics used in this study; 3. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the MoCA scale during the perioperative period; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Those whose preoperative MoCA scores do not meet the screening criteria (illiteracy <= 13 points, primary school <= 19 points, junior high school and above <= 24 points).
