Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form (individuals who do not visit the hospital after June 2024 cannot be contacted, and an application for exemption from informed consent is needed); 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Received treatment at Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2020 to January 2028; 4. Clear pathological diagnosis of adrenal mass; 5. Imaging and laboratory tests related to the adrenal gland must be completed within 3 months before the pathological specimen sampling of the adrenal mass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor-quality imaging data; 2.Patients with missing or incomplete medical records; 3.Pathological results indicating mixed adrenal pathology (e.g., coexistence of benign and malignant components); 4.Patients considered ineligible for the study based on investigator’s judgment.
