40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=40 years and <85 years, gender unrestricted. 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for the corresponding disease. 3.Dementia severity rated as CDR = 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0, indicating mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease; stroke severity and time since onset are unrestricted, provided the subject can walk independently. 4.Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score <20, to exclude senile depression. 5.No severe musculoskeletal disorders or functional impairments; able to walk independently. 6.Able to undergo basic vision and hearing assessments. 7.Understands the basic details of the study, agrees to participate, and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dementia caused by other systemic or neurological disorders, such as central nervous system infections, post-traumatic dementia, Parkinson’s disease dementia, etc. 2.Presence of acute illness, upper-limb extrapyramidal rigidity, neurological or psychiatric disorders, severe cardiovascular disease, severe orthopedic conditions, or inability to walk independently. 3.History of psychoactive drug abuse, illicit drug use within the past five years, alcohol abuse, or any other conditions that may interfere with cognitive assessment. 4.Individuals older than 85 years of age. 5.Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of this study’s outcomes.
